Exit 248 Floyd Hill, at the traffic circle take the 2nd exit onto US Hwy 40 W, at the next traffic circle, take the 3rd exit to cross over I-70, Turn right onto Hyland Drive, drive 1.3 miles then Turn right onto Elk Valley Drive, go 0.3 miles then Turn left onto Clear Creek Road (watch for the street sign on this turn). Clear Creek Drive turns into Sawmill Creek about 100 yards away from the property, which will be on your right (uphill) side. There's a small stretch (100ft) of road once getting onto Sawmill Creek that is bumpy/rocky - better for an SUV, not a sports car.
