Cragmont North is most easily accessed from Cragmont Drive off Highway 73, which is paved and maintained up to where it becomes the top of Lynx Lair Rd, which is a dirt road. The property is about 1/4 mile from the end of the pavement on a flat and well-maintained portion of Lynx Lair Rd. Lynx Lair continues down the other side of the mountain and forks and comes out on both S Brook Forest Drive and Blue Creek Road...this portion of Lynx Lair is steep and not so well maintained (developer improvements underway).
