At gate begins Co Rd 102J follow this road for 2.5 miles to the Bond Holder Ld. that is past the intersection of FS 331 & FS 509 Marked with Brown Signs). You must have maps in hand to find the 6 corners 3 are well marked by Forest service signs and stone monuments on the Western boundary. The middle corner 2 is at N40.066916 W105.191532 this location has a large stone marker and a yellow Forest Service sign. Across the road is an old car-size metal Boiler For entry through Co Rd 102J gate into the property with motor vehicles the listing agent must accompany you & this agent will need to be accommodated in your vehicle for this type of access.
