Four wheel drive or snow tires recommended, narrow dirt road from Upper Bear Creek Rd (switchbacks, not particularly steep, just narrow). I-70 to Exit Hwy 74/Evergreen Pkwy. Follow Hwy 74/Evergreen Parkway towards Downtown Evergreen. At Evergreen Lake, turn right on Upper Bear Creek Rd. Once you're passed the lake and golf course, you will come to a large sign on a stone pillar on the right that says Entering Upper Bear Creek, Patrolled. From the sign, drive 3.0 miles and turn left on Meadowbrook Ln, then .7 miles to the property, look for yard sign and driveway entrance on right. STAY ON MEADOWBROOK LN, DO NOT TURN LEFT ON COLUMBINE CR (that route is treacherous)! Columbine Cr is a loop and Meadowbrook Ln turns into Columbine Cr.
