4X4 REQUIRED - The properties are best accessed from the Fall River Rd exit of I70. Take the exit to the south side frontage road Stanley Rd and turn left for 700' and take a hard right turn on to Trail Creek Rd (136) and travel 2.9 miles where it intersects with Spring Gulch Rd on the left. This is where the county maintenance ends. Continue along Trail Creek for another .32 mi to property corner and an additional .3 miles to the other end where Trail Creek Rd turns in to an unnamed Forest Rd. The 2 track trail has a cable across at the west end and you can walk the property easily from there.
Trail Creek Rd is a secondary county maintained rd to within .3 mile of the 5 Acre "Rustler MS" property The connector roads to the 5 interior parcels are short wheel-base, high-clearance 4X4 forest roads. The "Maximum" parcel is easiest accessed by taking Spring Gulch Rd from Trail Creek Rd through to the intersection with Lamertine Rd and following up to the property.
