LOT 12 ZONED M-2 MINING ONLY. Take I-70 West to Exit 235 Downieville onto County Rd 308. A road leads up towards Lot 6 off the exit, see last pic in photos, but road is not marked on map. Lot 12 is east of Lot 11 which is east of Lot 6 and some type of road(s) would need to put in for access, possibly from Lot 6.
For other lots, turn right by the Dumont Post Office at Mill Creek Rd. Turn right on Wild Wagoner Trail. This trail splits right away. If you go right you'll be on Arastra Way. Arastra will split, left is a house driveway and right is the road which leads to another house. Lot 4 is East of this house.
